Ocean Views

Ocean View 1 and Ocean View 2 are two brand new sea view luxury holiday villas within the grounds of Soar Mill Cove Hotel, to be built over the winter 2011 / 2012 and to open in time for Easter 2012.

Ocean Views are single storey 2 and 3 bedroom villas with a convertible lounge, sleeping 6 or 8 guests each or they can be linked together to form one huge sea view villa of 6 rooms sleeping up to 12.

Each is presented to an impeccable standard as well as enjoying all the facilities of a luxury hotel, free for your use - room service to request an extra pillow or baby sitting just a call away.

Ocean Views are design led to minimise their impact on the natural environment, with a grass roof, rain harvesting and the highest of green credentials at the core of their development, to fit in well within our beautiful valley setting.

As brand new buildings they have been designed from scratch to be fully accessible to guests with varying disabilities, something an older building would never allow us to achieve with the same level of success.

There is maximum benefit of the sensational sea views, providing the perfect destination to chill out and enjoy the seascape from the master bedroom and lounge, as well as their own private patio with direct access onto their shared landscaped gardens with hot tub.

Each has 2 or 3 bedrooms and an open plan lounge with queen sofa bed and seating for 6 or 8 guests.  Open plan to include dining area and kitchenette leading onto its private patio for al fresco evening watching the sun go down across the bay.  Guest can also enjoy 10% discount off dining at our neighbouring hotel.

TERMS : 20% non refundable deposit upon booking with the balance payable 4 weeks prior to arrival with a refundable security deposit of £200 (or £300 with dogs).  Cancellation can be rebooked if taken more than 1 month before arrival with a free transfer of deposit or at a 50% charge if within 1 month of arrival.

PLEASE NOTE THE HOTELS FACILITIES ARE FREE OF CHARGE TO GUESTS OF OCEAN VIEWS FROM VALENTINES TO NOVEMBER ONLY (THE HOTEL IS CLOSED FROM NOVEMBER UNTIL VALENTINES).

Do please ask if you would like longer than one week as we can at times split weeks to for instance offer 10 night holidays and we are very happy to provide packages including breakfast and / or dinner at the hotel.

For guests with larger family groups and for groups of friends we are able to offer a 15% DISCOUNT off the price of each apartment when both units let at the same time as they are designed to be locked off together.
