Ocean View 2 Facilities

Ocean View Two is the western half of The Ocean Views, our ground level luxury single storey self catering villas at Soar Mill Cove.

Ocean Views are set within the manicured grounds of Soar Mill Cove Hotel offering full and free access to all the hotels pool and facilities. Ocean View Two has 3 bedrooms with TV/DVD, 2 bathrooms and a convertible lounge sleeping up to 8 guests with flat screen TV/DVD/HiFi. Can be linked together to form a huge sea view villa of 6 rooms to sleep 12. Each suite is presented to an impeccable 5 star standard offering true independence.

The Master Bedroom is sea facing with a 5 foot King double bed, ensuite with a bathrooms and shower over bath, 32" TV and DVD player, Bedroom 2 is a Zip Link Twin/Double King 5" with wet room and garden views. The Lounge is open plan and sea facing with Kitchenette and Dining for 6 and comfortable seating for 6 with a Queen Sofa Bed and doors onto its own private sea facing patio with Barbecue area and shared hot tub.

Decked out in a light colour palate with comfort as priority & the highest levels presentation and housekeeping, overseen by resident owners Keith and Jenny Makepeace.  They have a store with body boards, crab lines, buckets and spades, kites and all the paraphernalia to keep the family occupied during their stay.

As these are brand new for 2012 season we have built into the fabric full disabled accessibility, coupled with their single storey ground level design. Soar Mill Cove itself is of course set within the countryside so access to the beach is through kissing gates and across meadows therefore other fully accessible beaches would be suggested for days out.

The individual villas have their own private patios and are set within 10 acres of Soar Mill Cove Hotels shared manicured gardens with a design emphasis on its seaside setting with plantings typical of the surrounding environment.  Each has its own Barbecue area and an activity store with equipment for building sandcastles and rock pool rambles.

Within the grounds is a lawn tennis court and childrens play area and direct access into the 2000 acres of surrounding National Trust countryside with the South Wset Coastpath and the sandy beaches of The South Hams a walk away.

All the bats and balls as well as table tennis room is free of charge to our self catering guests as well as access to our warm indoor pool reserved exclusively for hotel and Ocean View residents.
