As our classic rooms but quite simply are largest and most lavishly furnished, in a prime sea facing location.
Hazel Tor: additional £21 pppn
A superior room with a beautiful carved four poster and views across the pool to the Tor and Cove, can be
connected with superior sea view room 15 to form a luxurious suite of rooms.
Junior Suites: additional £28 pppn
“Jenny Wren” outstanding views to the cove from its comfortable separate sitting area, a favourite for everyday special occasions.
“Rosemary Rose” very peaceful overlooking a mature streamside garden with Rosemary Rose’s and views to the Devonshire hills
Family Suites: 5 & 12: charged as occupied by 3 adults. Good sized main room with all the facilities of our Classic rooms, with a second room suitable for 1 adult or 2 children, a 3rd child can occupy the main room at cost*
Superior Suites: additional £19 pppn and charged as occupied by 3 adults.
“The Eddystone Suite”: Grand in style with uninterrupted views of the sea from the master room, with a second room for intimate private dining, relaxing or as a child's bedroom.
“The Makepeace Suite”: Contemporary grandeur with a well proportioned garden fronting master room, with plenty of comfortable seating, a large bathroom and a second twin bedroom for 2 children or 1 adult.
Single Prices:
From Spring through Late Summer we charge 50% supplement for single occupancy of a double room, at other times we make no additional charge.
Family Prices: based on 2 adults
Babies in a cot are free of charge
Children up to 5y are charged 25%
Children from 6y to 15y inc are charged 33%
2 children in the second room of a suite are charged 50%
Cancellation Policy (insurance available from just £15)
If you inform the hotel in writing more than 60 days before your arrival date then your deposit will cover the cancellation fee with no further liability. If you cancel within 60 days of arrival, we will do our best to re-let the accommodation. If this proves impossible we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee up to the amount quoted for your stay.
