Delicious Food

We use the very best local ingredients offering you modern takes on classic dishes. Ian MacDonald’s 2 Rosettes for culinary excellence guarantee a certain standard, but long gone are fashions for over “flounce”.  Instead we present in the most beautiful fashion the distinct flavours of each season with a deft touch.

Accommodation

We have 22 comfortable rooms including feature rooms, junior suite and family
suites. They are all furnished to a high standard as befitting a 4 star hotel and
are all individual in style.
