Dining
Our extensive menus, makes full use of the local produce. Changing throughout the Seasons, they offer a balance of simple and elaborate dishes, with fresh Lobster, Crab and local fillet Beef always available.
New for this year is our flexible dining plan, we let you choose how many nights to include dinner. You will enjoy great meals in the restaurant on some evenings but on others you may prefer to simply kick back and order room service with a nice bottle of wine and a good movie from our free DVD library.
Serendipity
Watch the lobster pots being emptied in the bay, then enjoy the catch served in a saffron sauce with sautéd queen scallops. Fish and seafood are a speciality at this idyllically located hotel and although the freshness of the crab needs no more than a crisp leaf salad, the modern West Country cooking also takes in seared veal with ginger and lime butter, and a breast of Devonshire chicken with wild mushrooms and a casserole of haricot beans. Desserts include hot blackberry and apple pie, and Cornish Yarg soufflé makes an unusual savoury. A special children's menu is served between 5 and 5.30pm.
